You may use this site for lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it: do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or submit information that is not true.

The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and acting on it without an agreed engagement is at your own risk.

Sending the enquiry form or asking for a quotation does not create a contract between us. An engagement begins only when both sides sign an engagement letter or service agreement that sets out the scope of work, fees, service levels and duration.

Anything stated on this site, in a brochure or during an initial conversation is indicative until that document is signed. Where the engagement letter and this site differ, the engagement letter prevails.

Our work sits under three pillars:

• Strategic outsourcing: remote support, workflow management, project coordination, customer support, research and process optimisation.
• HR consulting: recruitment strategy, HR compliance, employee relations, training, performance management and organisational change support.
• Support services: administrative assistance, documentation, scheduling, logistics, procurement, travel and event coordination.

We may propose a package that combines work from more than one pillar. The scope agreed in your engagement letter is the scope we are obliged to deliver.

You agree to give us accurate information, to name someone who can make decisions about the work, and to give us the materials and access we need to do it. Where you send us information about other people, such as staff or job candidates, you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us and that they have been told it may be processed.

Fees, invoicing cycles and payment terms are set out in your engagement letter. Unless the letter says otherwise, fees are quoted in naira and exclude any taxes, levies or charges that apply to the work, which are for your account.

If an invoice is unpaid after we have reminded you in writing, we may pause work until the account is brought up to date.

Each side keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for the engagement. We apply the same standard to our own team through confidentiality agreements, and we limit access to the people working on your account.

The website, its content, the DOXXA360 name and marks, and our methods and templates remain ours or our licensors'. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them. Materials created for you under an engagement letter transfer to you on the terms set out in that letter.

Some parts of our service run through third parties, such as payment processing for job boosts and hosting for the website. Those providers set their own terms, and we are not responsible for their products or conduct beyond choosing them carefully and telling you what they do with your data.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may do so without notice.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer and data protection law.

Either side may end an engagement under the notice terms in the engagement letter. Ending it does not remove obligations that should survive, such as confidentiality and payment for work already done.

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy and in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Please read that policy alongside these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you use the site, or when your engagement letter is signed, is the version that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
