FAQs
Questions worth answering before you begin.
The things clients and candidates ask us most often. If your question is not here, the quickest answer usually comes from a short conversation.
- Pricing is tailored to scope rather than charged from a fixed list. Most clients start with a monthly retainer for an agreed set of tasks and hours, and we move to project-based or per-deliverable pricing where the work is better measured that way. Every proposal sets out what is included, what is excluded and how changes are charged, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
- We work with small and medium enterprises, startups, non-governmental organisations, professional services firms, logistics operators and retailers. The common thread is an organisation whose day-to-day operations have outgrown the team it has. If your sector is not listed, tell us what you need - we judge every enquiry on the work, not the label.
- Remote and offshore support runs on structured workflows with clear responsibilities, documented handovers and agreed service levels. Your tasks are tracked in shared systems so you can see progress at any time, and regular reviews keep priorities aligned as things change. You keep a single point of contact at DOXXA360 who is accountable for delivery.
- Onboarding follows our four steps: we audit how your operations run today, agree a blueprint of processes, roles and service levels, then implement it alongside your team. Work is handed over in stages so nothing critical is dropped during the switch. Most engagements are running properly within a few weeks, depending on scope.
- Every engagement is covered by a confidentiality agreement, and access to your systems and records is limited to the people working on your account. We use structured systems with clear permissions, and our team is trained to handle sensitive information - staff records, customer data and financial documents included. When someone leaves your project, their access is removed the same day.
- Yes. Most of our engagements are custom, because no two sets of operations look the same. You tell us where the pressure sits, we propose a package combining work from one or more of our three pillars, and we price it against that scope. Packages can be adjusted as your needs change.
- Our work sits under three pillars: strategic outsourcing, HR consulting and support services. Strategic outsourcing covers remote support, workflow management, project coordination, customer support, research and process optimisation. HR consulting covers recruitment strategy, HR compliance, employee relations, training and performance management, while support services cover administrative assistance, documentation, scheduling, logistics, procurement, travel and event coordination.
- Yes, and it is usually the first reason clients come to us. We look at where time and money are being spent on work that could be streamlined, then remove the duplication and put the remaining tasks on a structure that is cheaper to run. Because you pay for an agreed scope rather than a full-time headcount, your costs flex with the actual workload.
- That is what we are built for. Support can be scaled up when you take on new clients, open another location or run a big project, and scaled back when the workload settles. You avoid the cost and delay of hiring and training people you may only need for a season.
- We work in four steps: understand, structure, execute and improve. First we learn how your operations actually run and where the pressure sits, then we design the processes, roles and service levels around that. After that we deliver the work day to day and review the results, refining the process each time so the gains keep building.
