How DOXXA360 works

1. Overview and account types

For: Everyone

DOXXA360 Hire connects job seekers, employers, recruitment agencies and DOXXA360 staff on one platform.

  • Job seekers - search jobs, upload CVs, apply and track applications at /me.
  • Employers - post jobs, review applicants and manage their team at /employer.
  • Agencies - manage clients, post client jobs and submit candidates at /agency.
  • Staff (admins and recruiters) - run moderation, managed hiring and bulk CV screening at /staff.

2. Signing up, signing in and security

For: Everyone

Sign up at /signup with Google, an email link or email and password. Staff sign in only at /staff/login.

  • Passwords need at least 10 characters and are checked against known leaked passwords.
  • Five wrong attempts lock the account for 15 minutes.
  • Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
  • Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app can be turned on in Settings. Staff must use it.
  • Employers enter company details and start as pending verification. Agencies also add a recruiter licence.

3. Job seeker guide

For: Job seekers

Finding jobs

Open /jobs to search by keyword, location, pay, job type, level and industry. Filters show counts and can be removed one by one.

Your CV

At /me/cv upload up to 3 CVs (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB) and mark one as default. The CV is read automatically to fill your profile, which you can edit. Age, gender, religion, marital status and origin are never sent to the AI.

Applying

Apply in three steps. Guests receive a tracking link and can claim the application later by signing in with the same email.

Portal

  • Feed of suggested jobs
  • Saved jobs
  • Applications and their status
  • Job alerts
  • Interview slot selection from emailed links
  • Privacy actions: download or delete your data

4. Employer guide

For: Employers

Company profile and verification

Complete the company profile. Jobs from unverified companies are saved as drafts and go live automatically once the company is verified.

Posting a job

  • Step 1 - basics: title, location, type and pay (pay is required).
  • Step 2 - job description, with an automatic review and optional rewrite.
  • Step 3 - screening questions and automatic actions.
  • Step 4 - hiring defaults and visibility, including confidential adverts.
  • Step 5 - review and publish. A saved description review is required before publishing.

Salary advice

Pay entered on a job is compared with industry benchmarks. This is advice only and never blocks posting.

Applicants

Review blind-screened applicants with match scores, shortlist, reject (with a delay before sending) and invite to interview.

Team

Invite colleagues, change roles or remove them. A company always keeps at least one admin.

5. Agency guide

For: Agencies

  • Add client companies with their logos.
  • Post jobs on behalf of clients, optionally as confidential.
  • Track candidates through your pipeline.
  • Keep your recruiter licence up to date - it shows as pending until approved.

6. Staff guide

For: Admins and recruiters

  • Companies and agencies - verify, approve licences and manage accounts.
  • Moderation - review reported jobs and suspend accounts.
  • Manage clients - add, edit, suspend or reactivate screening clients.
  • Payments - view payments and issue refunds.
  • Every sensitive view, download and status change is recorded in the audit log.

Admins see everything. Recruiters see only work they created or companies assigned to them.

7. Bulk CV screening

For: Admins and recruiters

Setting up a batch

  • Client - select a client from the list or create one (logo and official email optional).
  • Job - pick one of the client's jobs or create a new one.
  • CVs - drag and drop PDF or Word files, or a ZIP containing several CVs.
  • Source, Scoring and Rules - adjust weights; must-have rules fill in from the job description.
  • Review - check everything and press Start screening.

While it runs

The progress screen shows a live bar, time remaining and each CV's status. Use Stop to pause, Resume to continue, or Cancel screening to end it. Screening carries on if you close the page.

Results

Each CV gets a score, verdict, matches and mismatches, a summary and suggested interview questions. A CV already screened for the same job is reused without new cost.

Reports

  • Full client report - names and contact details included.
  • Redacted client report - anonymous PDF for clients without a signed agreement.
  • Internal report - includes recruiter notes.
  • Email to client sends to the client's official email, copying DOXXA360 and the recruiter.

Contacting candidates

Candidates are only contacted through consent requests, and nothing is shared until they accept.

8. Plans, boosts and payments

For: Employers and agencies

See /pricing for plans. Boost a job for more visibility. Payments run through Flutterwave and invoices are available in Billing.

9. Notifications

For: Everyone

The bell in the header shows updates. Choose which emails you receive in Settings.
